Q: If you accept customized order ?
A: Yes, we would do any customized logo, special color and package. We could do OEM/ODM for you and there will be a MOQ requirement. The MOQ is depend on item, please check with us. Normally above 2,000 pcs.

Q: Can I get samples before ordering?
A: Sure, we could offer sample for quality check, sample fee and shipment fee will be charged. We will prepare the samples within 3 days if products in stock and samples will be delivered to you via EMS at our cost or DHL/ TNT/ FEDEX at your cost.

 
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Normally it's 45-60 Days. During the busy months, it will be 90 Days. Please check with us before confirm the order.

Q: Do you accept small order? What is your MOQ requirement?
A: Small order quantity is acceptable, however, you will be asked to pay a handling charge of USD250 for any order under our MOQ amount of USD5,000.

Yes! We can show you after confirmation of the order. Most of our products have certificates or testing report.

A: For first few trade: 30% down payment, balance T/T beofre shipment.
