3.1 Detailed function

1. LCD display
In normal mode, the upper LCD screen displays the load input voltage and load temperature; the lower display displays load current, power, capacity and discharge time.
In the protection mode, the LCD screen displays the protection code.
In the setting mode, the LCD screen displays each setting parameter code and parameter threshold.
2. Load current adjustment
The discharge current can be adjusted by the potentiometer.
3. Sound and light alarm
When the load is turned on, the RUN indicator light is always on and the buzzer does not sound; when the load is turned off, the RUN indicator light is off, and the buzzer does not sound. After entering the protection mode, the buzzer will alarm and the RUN indicator will flash.
4. Smart fan cooling
Automatically start when the load discharge power is greater than 10W or the load temperature is greater than 40°C.
5. The discharge capacity and discharge time are automatically counted. As long as the load is turned on (the RUN indicator is always on), the statistics will be started, and the load will be turned off (the RUN indicator will not be on), and the statistics will be stopped. The solution is to press and hold the button-when the discharge capacity or discharge time is displayed on the LCD screen. Before starting the statistics, please clear the statistics data. The maximum discharge capacity (OAH) and maximum discharge time (OHP) can be set on or off in the setting mode. The threshold value can be set when the threshold is exceeded, and the load will be automatically turned off. So as to realize unattended discharge experiment.

Hardware protection:
The power supply port and load input port of the module have anti-reverse protection.
Software protection:
OVP overvoltage protection (default 25.5V, can be set by yourself, after overvoltage protection, RUN indicator flashes, LCD interface displays OVP);
OCP overcurrent protection (default 4.10A/5.10A, can be set by yourself

7. The load is closed by default. After power-on, press the ON/SET key to start or close.

4.1 Please read the manual carefully before using this product!

4.2 The power supply voltage should be DC5V, DC power supply, do not use AC power! If the voltage is overvoltage, the module may be burnt after power-on;

4.3 The voltage at the load input terminal should be between DC1.5V-25V, and the current should be below 4A (ZK-FX25) or 5A (ZK-FX35).

4.4 The load input port cannot be short-circuited, otherwise it will burn the product.

4.5 Pay attention to the module not to get wet, do not short-circuit the components on the circuit board, and do not touch the pins and pads of the components on the board with your hands.
