Product Description

NK201 series digital ac motor soft starter is a new type of starter designed and produced by using power electronics technology, microprocessor technology and modern control theory. This product can effectively limit the starting current of asynchronous motors, and can be widely used in the load of fans, water pumps, conveyors and compressors, etc. It is an ideal replacement for the traditional star/triangle conversion, self-coupling step-down and magnetic-controlled step-down starting equipment.

The NK201 series motor soft starter uses three pairs of reverse parallel thyristors connected to the stator circuit of the AC motor. By using the electronic switch of the thyristor, the opening degree of the thyristor is changed by controlling the trigger Angle of the thyristor by the microprocessor, and the input voltage of the motor is changed so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the soft starting of the motor. When the starting is completed, the output of the soft starter reaches the incoming voltage. At this time, the bypass contactor KM will be automatically controlled through the bypass control signal, and the motor will be put into the power grid operation.
