Starting current: The meter has a reference voltage, a reference frequency, and a power factor of 1.0. When the load current is 0.4% Ib/1.0, the meter should have a pulsed output or a flashing light that represents the power output.

Immersion: When the voltage loop adds the reference voltage and there is no current in the current loop, the meter will output no more than 1 pulse within 10 times of a pulse generated by the starting current.

Power consumption: ≤ 2W (10VA)

Data processing: The energy metering pulse is sent to the CPU via an optocoupler and stored in the non-volatile EEPROM.
