A: Normally, our power supply is AC220V±10%,50Hz/60Hz. If you required 127V or 110V, we can also customize it.

A: One year warranty. But products are implemented life-long maintenance,one year warranty. Product quality is responsible for the end.

A: We have certification and factory inspection report. Third-party measurement report is also available but with extra cost.
