Overview

1.ZK7-12 channel voltage regulator is a new type of combined voltage regulator,which takes single-chip microcomputer as the core and changes the value on the load by means of phase-shifting trigger.The voltage regulator can continuously adjust the voltage on the load.As the voltage regulator adopts deep voltage negative feedback,this group of regulators has excellent voltage stability and good linear of adjustment.

2.The voltage regulator can be connected with single-phase or three-phase,and the load must be in a common zero line in three-phase.Voltage regulator has 12 channels of output.When used in three phase,phase A,phase B,phase C are corresponding to four channels,each channel can be connected to a load,directly adjust the resistance load on the voltage to achieve temperature control,such as heating watts.

3.Each voltage regulator can be used independently or in combination to form a system directly connected to the touch screen.The voltage regulator adopts the RS485 bus interface and the general Modbus-RTU communication protocol to make the wiring more convenient and simple and the touch screen call more convenient.

4.The setting and control of the voltage regulator are all controlled by the upper computer.One set of setting parameters is power loss memory.Single channel control on or off,but also a key control of all channels on or off,convenient and efficient.

1. Setting of communication address: Adopt two-bit BCD dialing switch to realize the setting of the address range from 1 to 99(turn off the communication function when set to 0).

Instructions

1.Control of three phase four wire connection,such as the appended drawings, "phase A", "phase B", "phase C" respectively connected to the three-phase electric wire, "N line" connect zero live, "phase A output", "phase B output", "phase C output" are total 12 channels,then directly connect 12 loads( such as fever brick),the other end of the load connect zero line in parallel,( the load power must not exceed the rated value of the product,otherwise please contact our related technician);

2.For single-phase control,connect the "phase A", "phase B" and "phase C" in the attached drawing and directly connect them with the L(fire) line and "N line" to the zero line.The other lines shall be connected in the same way as the three-phase control;

3.The communication line "A" is connected to D+, "B" is connected to D-, "GND" is connected to the shielding layer.Then set the dialing switch to the same number as the station number set by the upper computer program;
