Product Description

JSR series inflatable high power DC contactor is suitable for DC high voltage, high current change applications.   In recent years, photovoltaic, energy storage, wind energy and electric vehicles have been used to vacuum the product or to fill the product with nitrogen and inert gas for arc extinguishing. In the vacuum, because the pressure is low, the gas molecules are less, the breakdown voltage between the contact gaps is increased, and the possibility of arc formation is reduced to achieve the purpose of arc extinguishing. Inflatable inert gas decomposes and ionizes at high temperatures and is very different from air. At the same time, inert gas molecules and their decomposition at high temperatures have the property of adsorbing free electrons and forming negative ions, which makes them burn in inertia. The arc has a lower arc voltage, a smaller arc diameter, and a smaller thermal inertia of the arc column. The above two methods have high requirements on the processability, and the airtightness of the product during the entire life process cannot be destroyed, otherwise the product life will be greatly shortened.

The charging capacity is above 30A, and the current of 250A can be cut off at 320VDC; the volume is small and the weight is light. The switch portion and the drive portion are inflated and sealed so that they can cut off high capacity loads. Fully sealed construction for high safety; for use in explosive or hazardous environments, the coils and contacts are not oxidized, even if they are not working for long periods of time. Built-in energy-saving coil, low holding power, the back electromotive force is close to 0V.

The end of the life of the contactor, that is, the insulation of the insulated instrument at 500V, the insulation strength between the output ends is as low as 50 megohms.
Precautions
1. To touch the load terminal when the contactor is energized, be careful of the risk of electric shock.   2. When testing the control loop and non-metallic materials for withstand voltage, disconnect the load voltage.   3. Do not install the product in a place with a strong magnetic field (transformer or magnet) or an object near heat radiation.   4. Do not dip the debris and oil to the main lead-out terminal, and the external lead terminal is in reliable contact with the main lead-out terminal, otherwise the terminal will be heated. Very powerful, causing the connecting cable to melt.   5. When performing the operating voltage test, do not slowly increase the voltage. Please drive the coil by the step power supply method.   6. The stud tightening torque of each mounting part is controlled within the specified range. The nut locking torque of the load contact screw mounting part is GB/T3098.10 requirements. The stud torque of the contactor mounting part is 3-6N.m.   7. In case of falling outside the relay and being impacted, please do not use it in principle.
