Overview
1.The regulator with the single chip processor as the core,using the method of phase shift trigger change the voltage on the load value,new combination of voltage regulator for continuous adjustment to the voltage on the load,voltage negative feedback make this group of voltage regulator has good capability of voltage stability,and good linear adjustment ( need voltage stability or not,switched by external switch); 2.Voltage regulator can be connected by single-phase or three-phase,and it has 36 channels output totally,when used by three-phase,the load must be with zero line,phase A,phase B,phase C each corresponding to 12 channels and each channel be connected to one load,the output is pulse signal,can directly drive our SSR-DV module or two-way thyristor; 3.Each voltage regulator can be used independently or in combination.Using a pair of twisted pair wires can form a system directly connected to the touch screen, it has adopted RS485 bus interface and Modbus-RTU common communication protocol with simple wiring and more convenient touch screen invoking;

4.The setting and control of voltage regulator are all controlled by the upper computer,one set of setting parameters is power loss memory.It not only can control on or off by single channel,but also can control the switches of all channels by a key.

Wiring Diagrams
Three-phase four-wire connection method can refer to the attached drawing;It can also be used as single-phase input.For single-phase use,A,B and C phase are connected together and then directly connected to (fire) line,while N line is connected to zero. 1.When wiring,it is strictly required that module input,pressure regulating plate output and sampling must be in the same phase(fire line sampling line,that is, A,B,C phase line in "three-phase four-wire input line",please be sure to be introduced from its corresponding solid state input end),and T1 and T1,G and G of each group and circuit must correspond to each other. 2.G and T1 lines please use double stranded shielding lines.The two ends of the shielding layer are connected to the "T1"end of the pressure regulating plate and DV module respectively.The length of the shielding line is not longer than 3 meters. 3.The main working power supply and communication power supply must be completely isolated from each and conform to the requirements marked on the pressure regulating plate. 4.When the whole machine system is protected by over-temperature power failure,be sure to disconnect the three-phase sampling voltage(that is "three-phase four-wire input line")synchronously to ensure the reliability of the voltage regulation output of the main board on the next power supply. 
Note: After the whole machine is connected,please set the setting value to about 20V for the first test run in order to reduce the probability of burning the motherboard due to the wrong wiring. 
Notes
The setting of communication: it is realized by two bits BCD dialing switch,with the address range from 1 to 99(turn off the communication function when set to 0);Voltage regulator preset output is 36 channels,divided into 3 groups,each group has 12 channels,read/write voltage regulator coil register,can not cross the group operation,that is,the registers involved by one operation command can not cross the range of one group,it should not exceed the actual range when reading and writing according to the actual preset output channels,otherwise it will report an error(address error). 
The resister address arrangement of ZKC-6-36 controller is more reasonable than that of the original 36 channels voltage regulator.The read-only and read-write type register address are unified,and the application if more flexible and convenient.In order to compatible with the upper computer control interface of ZKC-6-36 voltage regulator,the old register address arrangement is still retained.The compatible address is as follows:
