The whole verification process does not need manual duty, metrology personnel only need to use idle time to open and save data, who can input the data within ten minutes. After the metrology personnel have placed the checked table head, one-button start shall achieve the automatic setting of temperature and humidity; the temperature and humidity can be automatically controlled to reach the set value, whether the temperature and humidity have reached a stable state can be automatically judged and the image can be collected automatically. After the collection is completed, set to the next check point to repeat the above process until all the check points are completed. After the collection is completed, the equipment stops automatically, and all the constant temperature source data, standard device data and checked information are all saved to the software database.
