Abstract: China Power union released the annual development report of China power industry 2022

On July 6, the China Electric Power Enterprise Federation (hereinafter referred to as "China Electric Power union") released the annual development report 2022 of China electric power industry (hereinafter referred to as "report 2022") and released the basic data of the electric power industry in 2021 to the whole society.

The report 2022 comprehensively, objectively and accurately reflects the development and reform status of China's power industry ① based on the statistics and survey data of the power industry and in combination with the precious data provided by enterprises and relevant institutions. In order to deeply, systematically and professionally display the development of various professional fields of the power industry, China Power Union has also organized and compiled a series of professional reports on power supply and demand analysis, international cooperation, power engineering construction quality, standardization, reliability, talent, cost management, electrification, digitization and other professional fields to further meet the needs of readers in various professional fields.

In terms of ensuring energy security, we actively responded to the power cut-off and power restriction encountered during the peak summer, made every effort to prevent and control the security risks of tight coal supply and high proportion of new energy grid connection, and made every effort to improve the power security and supply capacity, ensuring the safe supply of power; In promoting green and low-carbon development, we resolutely implemented the "double carbon" work deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, insisted on seeking progress while maintaining stability, accelerated the implementation of renewable energy substitution, strictly implemented the national policies and requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction, further increased the proportion of non fossil energy installed capacity, and successfully concluded the first performance cycle of the national carbon emission trading market; In the aspect of power market reform, we will improve the multi-level unified power market system, standardize the unified trading rules and technical standards, accelerate the construction of a national unified power market, and promote the formation of a diversified competitive power market pattern; Further development achievements have also been made in investment and construction, scientific and technological innovation and international cooperation, providing reliable power supply for national economic development and epidemic prevention and control, and making comprehensive contributions to the "six stabilities" and "six guarantees", especially to stabilizing expectations and ensuring energy security.

The report 2022 consists of 14 chapters, focusing on the power consumption and power production, power investment and construction, green development of power, power security and reliability, development and operation of power enterprises, international cooperation of power, power market reform and power standardization, science and technology and digitization in 2021, and looking forward to the power development in 2022 and the "14th five year plan".

In terms of power consumption and power production, in 2021, the total electricity consumption of the whole society was 8331.3 billion kwh ②, an increase of 10.4% over the previous year and an increase of 7.1 percentage points over the previous year; The national per capita electricity consumption was 5899 kwh / person, an increase of 568 kwh / person over the previous year; By the end of 2021, the national installed capacity of full caliber power generation was 2377.77 million kilowatts, an increase of 7.8% over the previous year. In 2021, the national full caliber power generation capacity was 8395.9 billion kwh, an increase of 10.1% over the previous year, and an increase of 6.0 percentage points over the previous year. By the end of 2021, preliminary statistics showed that the circuit length of transmission lines of 220 kV and above in the national power grid was 840000 kilometers, an increase of 3.8% over the previous year; The capacity of substation equipment of 220 kV and above in the national power grid was 4.9 billion KVA, an increase of 5.0% over the previous year; The national trans regional transmission capacity reached 172.15 million kilowatts; In 2021, the national trans regional power transmission will reach 709.1 billion kwh, an increase of 9.5% over the previous year; The power grid's ability to optimize the allocation of resources in a wider range has been significantly enhanced.

In 2021, due to factors such as dry water, tight supply and demand of power coal, and tight supply of natural gas in some periods, the overall situation of power supply and demand in the whole country is tight, and the power supply in some areas is tight at the beginning of the year, in the summer and in September October. In the process of coping with the shortage of energy and power supply and ensuring the safety of energy and power supply, power enterprises have highlighted the overall situation awareness, actively implemented various national plans, established an emergency supply guarantee mechanism, and made important contributions to ensuring power security. Among them, power grid enterprises play the role of a large power grid platform, coordinating supply and demand, sending and receiving, power and electricity balance and safe production, orderly power consumption and energy consumption, and strictly restricting the power consumption of "two high" enterprises. Power generation enterprises have strengthened their responsibility. Under the difficult situation of increasing losses and losses of coal-fired power plants, they still go all out to ensure the power and heat supply, and ensure that the units should be fully opened and the equipment is stable and reliable.

In terms of power investment and construction, in 2021, the major power enterprises in China completed a total investment of 1078.6 billion yuan, an increase of 5.9% over the previous year; The investment in the construction of power supply projects nationwide was 587 billion yuan, an increase of 10.9% over the previous year; The investment in the construction of national power grid projects was 491.6 billion yuan, an increase of 0.4% over the previous year; The country's newly installed power generation capacity was 179.08 million kilowatts, 12.36 million kilowatts less than the previous year. The focus of power supply construction continued to shift to new energy and regulated power sources; In the whole year, 51984 kilometers of AC transmission lines of 110 kV and above were added, a decrease of 9.2% over the previous year; The new substation equipment capacity was 336.86 million KVA, an increase of 7.7% over the previous year. In the whole year, 2840 kilometers of DC transmission lines were newly put into operation, and the newly put into operation conversion capacity was 32 million kilowatts, down 36.1% and 38.5% respectively over the previous year.

In terms of green power development, by the end of 2021, the installed capacity of all caliber non fossil energy power generation in China was 1118.45 million kilowatts, accounting for 47.0% of the total installed capacity of power generation in China, an increase of 13.5% over the previous year; In 2021, the power generation capacity of non fossil energy will be 2896.2 billion kwh, an increase of 12.1% over the previous year; About 1.03 billion kilowatts of coal-fired power units have reached the ultra-low emission limit, accounting for 93.0% of the total installed capacity of coal-fired power in China.

In 2021, the standard coal consumption for power supply of thermal power plants of 6000 kW and above in China will be 301.5 g / kWh, 2.01 g / kWh lower than the previous year; The power consumption rate of thermal power plants of 6000 kW and above was 4.36%, 0.29 percentage points lower than the previous year; The national line loss rate was 5.26%, 0.34 percentage points lower than the previous year; The emissions of soot, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in China's power industry were about 123000 tons, 547000 tons and 862000 tons respectively, down 20.7%, 26.4% and 1.4% respectively over the previous year; The emissions of soot, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides per unit of thermal power generation are 22 mg / kWh, 101 mg / kWh and 152 mg / kWh respectively; The carbon dioxide emission per unit of thermal power generation in China is about 828 g / kWh, 21.0% lower than that in 2005; The carbon dioxide emission per unit power generation in China is about 558 g / kWh, 35.0% lower than that in 2005; Taking 2005 as the base year, from 2006 to 2021, through the development of non fossil energy and the reduction of coal consumption and line loss rate, the cumulative reduction of carbon dioxide emissions in the power industry is about 21.51 billion tons.

According to the report 2022, it is estimated that the growth rate of the whole society's electricity consumption in 2022 will be between 5% and 6%. By 2025, the whole society's electricity consumption will be 9.5 trillion kwh, with an average annual growth rate of 4.8%; The maximum load is 1.63 billion kilowatts, with an average annual growth rate of 5.1%. It is estimated that by 2025, China's installed power capacity will be 3 billion kilowatts, and the installed capacity of non fossil energy power generation will account for 51.0%.
