This conference is jointly supported by Jiangsu development and Reform Commission (Energy Bureau), Jiangsu Provincial Department of industry and information technology, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce and State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd., hosted by Jiangsu energy storage industry association, and co organized by the Yangtze River Delta G60 science and technology innovation corridor laser industry alliance.

In order to accelerate the demonstration application and large-scale development of new energy storage, according to the guidance and relevant requirements of relevant national departments, Jiangsu Province has just formulated and issued the implementation plan of new energy storage development in the "14th five year plan" of Jiangsu Province. According to the plan, our province will focus on the development of new energy storage on the power supply side, orderly development of new energy storage on the grid side, flexible development of new energy storage on the user side, promotion of demonstration application of new energy storage technology, exploration of new energy storage business model, and strive to make the new energy storage enter the stage of large-scale development from the initial stage of commercialization by 2025, with the conditions for large-scale commercialization. The plan clearly proposes to guide key cities such as Nanjing to build new energy storage projects based on strong local power grid layout, and improve the emergency support capacity and risk prevention capacity of important load centers.

Zhu Junpeng, President of Jiangsu energy storage industry association, said that the first China (Jiangsu) international energy storage conference in 2022, with the theme of "helping double carbon storage drive the future", will break through the barrier of the energy storage industry ecosystem through the form of "centralized Exhibition + Summit Forum", create a full industrial chain ecological conference integrating "politics, industry, science, research, finance and utilization", and provide enterprises with all-round channels of display, communication and cooperation.
